The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, email address, and preferred payment method details.

2.1 Accuracy of Information

You warrant that all information provided during registration and at any subsequent point is truthful and accurate. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information — including using another person's identity or payment details — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension and potential forfeiture of any balance held at the time of closure.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each individual player is entitled to register and maintain exactly one account on mxbet. Operating multiple accounts — whether using the same personal details, different email addresses, different devices, or different IP addresses — is strictly prohibited. Where multiple accounts are identified as belonging to the same individual, mxbet reserves the right to close all but one account, void all bets placed across the duplicate accounts, and permanently withhold any accumulated bonus funds.

2.3 Account Credentials

Upon successful registration, you will create a username and password for your mxbet account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of these credentials. You must not share your login details with any third party. mxbet will treat all activity conducted using your credentials as having been authorised by you. 10.1 Closure by the Player

You may close your mxbet account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Upon receiving a closure request, mxbet will process any remaining real-money balance back to your verified payment method (subject to identity verification) and deactivate your account. Bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

10.2 Suspension or Closure by mxbet

mxbet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its discretion, including where: there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, identity fraud, or money laundering; the player is found to have breached any provision of these Terms; the player has failed to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period after being requested; the player is found to be under 18 years of age; the player has self-excluded and attempts to re-register; or continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform.

10.3 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. mxbet will attempt to contact the account holder via their registered email address prior to applying any dormancy administration fees. Details of dormancy fee schedules are disclosed within the account settings section of the platform and may be updated from time to time.

10.4 Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to take a break from gambling may activate a self-exclusion through their account settings or by contacting mxbet support. Self-exclusion periods are available for durations of 6 months, 1 year, 3 years, or permanently. During an active self-exclusion period, the account will be locked and no deposits, bets, or withdrawals may be processed. Attempts to circumvent a self-exclusion by registering a new account will result in the new account being closed and any deposits refunded.

Permanent self-exclusion cannot be reversed under any circumstances.
